  I came in to the Mattress Firm in Richmond dreading the mattress buying experience. Curtis, my sales guy, made the experience easy and fun for my wife and I! We were quickly able to determine the style and comfort level of bed we wanted by using the "Comfort by Color" system. We then got to try various beds within that system, for us it was the pillow tops! Then Curtis matched us with a power base, he gave us a few options and we got to test them all. The entire experience ended up being easy, fairly fast, and fun! Our new king size pillow top Beauty Rest Recharge and power base was delivered to our home within 48 hours! I have never slept better. In addition to the easy process, I was comforted by the good low price, multiple options for financing, and 120 day guarantee on comfort! I will be back in 8 years, if not before, and will suggest Mattress Firm to any of my friends or family searching for a mattress!
