  Staff was not friendly. Waited over an hour to get a simple eyebrow wax. When I got it done they asked if it looked okay I pointed out spots that were missed and said they needed tweezing stylist said yes I completely missed those and said nothing about doing them so I guess I’ll go home and do it myself. I will never be back and pay $12 to be treated like this again

  Wonderful staff! Didn't know there was a discount coupon? Odds are they will tell you and show you how to bring it up on your phone. Trying to locate something in the store very helpful workers are there to assist you.
