  Gamestop Corporate needs to understand that we do not want to be jumped the second we walk in the store. We don't want to be asked if we want to pre order anything. You stress your workers as well forcing them to ask. You do not get paid commission there and it is in fact illegal to reprimand or force your workers to try and sell pre orders and new games. This cringe worthy and toxic business practice is what is hurting your company. The fact that this particular store is owned by a woman who has never been a gamer in her life and doesn't understand anything beyond 'walmart' tactics having worked at Sephora her whole life does not help.
